Confidentiality#
As a company mainly comprised of intellectual property, it is essential that trade secret and confidentiality is maintained. The nature and business of Exact Systems, Inc. is to be publicly described as the development of systems for business and technology or a mutual confidentiality agreement has been executed. Nothing further needs discussed in public without written consent from a manager.
It is also imperative that specific clients never be disclosed and never defamed. Professionalism dictates that all clients are treated with equality and confidentiality.
Employees are expected to adhere to the Internal Confidentiality Agreement. This is also found within the employee contract for each employee. Outside contacts such as customers, contractors, etc. are expected to adhere to the External Confidentiality Agreement.
