Each day it is expected that each member work towards all assigned production roles and responsibilities and track time according to conventions established.

Context

An assigned production manager should be designated within the scope for each product/service. These individuals are meant to comprehensively understand the deliverables and expectations and ensure consistent delivery of a specific good/service.

Assignment of Roles

All roles within the company are concise, modular, and assigned. They are ordered by impact and should also serve as an up-to-date checklist of daily expectation.
