Development Manager

Summary

The development project manager is responsible for ensuring consistent completion of concise, written scopes according to written standards and conventions by all assigned developers. It is the expectation that the development project manager suggest scopes of work as necessary to fully define these standards and practices in such a way as to facilitate continued adherence to set standards primarily for communication of written scopes, timely completion of written scopes, time tracking against written scopes, git branching according to written scopes, and adoption of completed work into the dev branch on a daily basis.

Expectations

1. Maintain a branch called ‘devManager’ on a daily basis that contains all changes to the ‘dev’ branch.

   1. Ensure all scopes conform to standards set forth in Template Scope

   2. Incorporate any pending branches into the ‘devManager’ branch on a daily basis.

   3. Push the ‘devManager’ branch to the remote repository on a daily basis.

   4. Merge the ‘devManager’ branch into the ‘dev’ branch on a daily basis.

2. Maintain development scopes on Clockify

   1. Ensure all scopes that exist are added as tasks within the ‘Development’ project.
