Operational Roles#
Expectations#
Each day it is expected that each member begin with operational responsibilities and track time according to conventions established in the Time Keeping Policy.
Context#
Any duties that need covered should be suggested and amendments made to prooduce additional respnsibilities for assigned roles and/or new roles as required so that what we do a small scale is scalable and repeatable with minimal learning curves.
Assignment of Roles#
All roles within the company are concise, modular, and assigned. They are ordered by impact and should also serve as an up-to-date checklist of daily expectation.
