The business is a liberally applied term to everything standard about organizing, developing, and operating a business. Regardless of the current operational model of a business, this is the formula for business development subject to improvement but necessary for consistency

The business must begin with a valuable product. If this doesn’t exist concretely according the concepts described within this documentation. It must be developed to ensure continuity of the business and support of financial commitments.

The product must be marketing sufficiently in order to attain the desirable sales to accomplish the anticipated revenue.

The product must be developed with certain methods in order to quantify and effectively manage a cost effective design process that can later become a continuous improvement cycle to add value to existing products and capitalize on existing business interactions in a way that financial and quantifiably benefits both the business and its customers.

Typical job costing methods must be applied to quantify the labor, materials, and expenses necessary. A prototype must be completed to prove the reality of production before marketing is completed.

Part of product design is an initial marketing strategy for products that can be adhered to as part of the design process so that at completion of the development cycle a consideration is made to market the product, regardless of if the product is tangible or a service.
