Summary#
The operations manager is responsible for ensuring continuity in operational procedures.
Expectations#
Check Clockify reports to ensure that each member of the organization is logging time at the start of each day for each of the roles they are assigned. Assuming roles are well defined and expectation are clear, this ensures that the business operates with continuity and as new roles and responsibilities are assigned that they are adhere to. At minimum it ensures that on a daily basis each member has at least validated their assigned repsonsibilities within each role and completed and additionaly time spent indicates the amount of time required to complete each role.
