Development Schedule#

Rapid development as necessary is facilitated currently by designating small, concise, and standard scopes. This section of the documentation and the archive subsection organize these.

Standard Conventions#

  1. All scopes will include a scope id(id.revision format if multiple revisions), owner, duration(working hours), date, due date, and actual completion date once completed.

  2. The title will follow the following format:”Scope ScopeId: ScopeDescription” standard.

  3. The scope will contains the following sections: Overview, Justification, Context, Deliverables, Notes, and Suggested Future Scopes. The minimum requirement is an Overview, Justification, and Deliverable section.

Organization#

All scopes will reside directly within this location until complete. Once complete, they will be moved to the archive section.
