Site Survey

The site survey application needs created for both internal use and external use. This organizes customer information in a useable interface and organizes project files as data is gathered and maintained.

This will utilize a bucket in Cloudflare R2(S3) storage for each customer for the import/ingestion of data as well as for the structured data of both current and historic file data storage.

A client will be used to improve efficiency working with both import and export of various formats of data and an export of customer data will be maintained onsite in duplicate on an external drive for customer use.

This customer can be enabled per organization/business as an optional billable application/service with various options surrounding degrees of service and should be closely tied with the billing module to manage job costing.

This will not only improve organizational efficiency of customer data nad communication, but also produce a stream of income of some degree with each client, facilitate an efficient adoption of new facilities, and open the door for future possible value-added work surrounding fractional engineering services such as furnishing/maintaining design congruency with actual systems and facilities, as well as device spares, part obsolescence, training, and monitoring.
