Overview#

Provide sufficient documentation for the operation model of the business to clearly communicate minimal working design of detail for business continuity and future development.

Justification#

On a regular basis, members of Exact companies have not had clear expectations, direction, or resources. This has been a horribe waste of time. Ensure sufficient operational documentation as to minimize this. All expectation must be communicated a clear, concise, maintainable form immediately to ensure success.

    1. General policies with links to future/existing content

    2. Specific roles should be enumerated and assigned

    3. Measures should be in place to ensure consistent follow-through

    4. Ensure all links are working from this page and that is accesible

    5. Ensure complete detail for product definition or development thereof, as well as the overarching process

    6. Ensure complete detail for business operations or development thereof pertaining to marketing, sales, production activities of goods/services, billing, and accounts/receivable, as well as development required and assignment of development tasks as such.

    7. Ensure complete detail for any technology required as well as development duties that are required.

    8. Ensure navigation of site is intuitive from homepage for executive summary and operations summary
