Once physical drawings are collected, we scan and digitize each pysical document and reconcile this with original electronic files as possible. This incorporates hand-written changes made through commissioning and throughout the life of equipment. Changes are often noted by maintenance personal and engineering and need to be incorporated into the original files and reprinted on a regular basis. These documents are then categorized into a structured, easy-to-navigate online system, making access to any schematic or diagram quick and straightforward.
